1xbed Terms and Conditions

This document forms a legally binding agreement between 1xbed and its users. "Platform" refers to 1xbed's website, mobile interface, and all associated services. "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered or wishes to register on the platform.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate and complete information, including: full name, date of birth, a valid email address, and mobile number. Providing incorrect or false information may result in failed account verification and blocked withdrawals.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Do not allow any third party to access your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the 1xbed support team immediately.

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on the 1xbed platform is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Additional charges from the payment gateway may apply when processing deposit requests, as determined by the respective provider's policy.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Completing account verification (KYC) is mandatory before making a withdrawal.

3.3 Reasons for Withdrawal Rejection

• Account verification is incomplete
• Bonus wagering requirements have not been met
• There is suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity

• Evidence of platform rule violations has been found

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to claim this bonus. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x (deposit amount plus bonus amount), meaning you must wager a total of 25 times the combined deposit and bonus to cash out the bonus funds.

4.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonus funds can be used on all slots, casino, and sports betting games, however the wagering contribution may be lower for certain games
• Wagering must be completed within a set time limit after claiming the bonus, otherwise the bonus will be cancelled
• A maximum stake limit per bet applies while a bonus is active — placing bets beyond this limit may result in the bonus being cancelled
• A bonus may only be claimed once; claiming a bonus on multiple accounts from the same household or the same device is not permitted

4.3 VIP and Cashback Program

1xbed offers three VIP tiers: Bronze tier with up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver tier with up to 0.7% weekly cashback, and Gold tier with up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Progression through VIP tiers depends on active participation and transaction history on the platform. 1xbed reserves the right to modify or cancel VIP benefits at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1xbed platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of gaining bonus benefits
• Attempting to influence game outcomes using software, bots, or automated methods
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Using abusive, insulting, or threatening language toward 1xbed staff or other users
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform
• Operating an account in a third party's name or placing bets on behalf of others
• Exploiting bonus benefits as part of a syndicate or group

If 1xbed finds evidence of fraudulent activity, all funds, bonuses, and winnings in the relevant account will be forfeited and legal action may be taken.

6.1 Closure by the User

Any user may voluntarily close their account at any time. Before closing an account, all active bonus wagering must be completed or the bonus cancelled. Eligible funds remaining in the account may be withdrawn.

6.2 Suspension or Closure by 1xbed

1xbed may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification or the KYC process
• Prolonged inactivity (generally more than 12 months)
• Direction from a legal authority or court order
• If the account is deemed a risk to platform security

All content present on the 1xbed platform — including designs, graphics, logos, software, text, and other elements — is the exclusive property of 1xbed and is protected by copyright law.

Users may not copy, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially use any content from the platform without the written permission of 1xbed. Violation of this rule may result in legal action.
